Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced .NET Development Lead to lead end-to-end software development projects, manage client interactions, and guide development teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical leadership along with project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end application development projects.
• Interact with clients to gather and analyze requirements.
• Prepare project estimations and technical proposals.
• Design application architecture and database structure.
• Lead development teams and mentor team members.
• Ensure best coding practices and quality standards.
• Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and business teams.
• Manage project timelines and deliveries.
• Handle risk management and technical decision-making.
